Teleassistance And Telemanagement

The teleassistance and Telemanagement of E-engineering is provided by the technical control room that manages and supports the Centrals to which are linked to costumers’ clients for the fault’s management.

The technical control room performs the following activities:

-          It tests all equipment installed that send alarm messages. Telemanagement integrated systems in order to verify the efficiency of installed components and it provides a remote assistance service  changing the parameters of the configuration’s system and the possible detection and resolution of the first level breakdowns.

-          Trouble shooting: analyzes the signals’ process received from the systems for a proper management of technical operations to prevent the intervention of technician.
